Tuli kokeiltua ennakkotilauspalvelua Kuopiossa ja selvisi että järjestelmä on epäluotettava. Taksi ilmeisesti saa ja kuittaa ennakkotilauksen juuri ennen sovittua aikaa. Nyt saatiin auto vähän myöhässä ja ehdittiin mutta esim ruuhkatilanteissa taitaa olla ihan arpapeliä saako auton sovittuna aikana vai ei. Eli ei ole luotettava.

Joko ei kelpaa kelleen tai kuski saa tilauksen just ennen. Ennakkotilausta tarvitaan ennenkaikkea yöllä että ehtii junaan / lennolle tms, vielä kakkamaisempi homma kun matka tyssää jo taksiin.

Dont use this app if you dont wanna get mess before your trip!!! If you order the taxi, you cant cancel it at all even the taxi no one pick up ur order, the order still run even hours or more and then came when you cancel it!!! During your waiting taxi nothing show!!! App is so suck and horrible services!!! Double car always come if you cancel and order new one!!! So this app is so suck dont use it!!! Use other is better i try to report them many times but no one seem care about this problem!!! They just need the money and not even care about any problem!!!! I need to use the app for my customer and it always happen every single time when i order!!! So 0Star Rate the app!!!! Horrible App!!!

This app is not working at all. I booked a taxi a year ago using this. The car never came! I thought I will try it again, but this time phoned to confirm the booking. There was no booking on the system of the company so I made a booking with the call center. I got a phone call 1 hour later than what I was supposed to be picked up by the driver to say he is on site...While I am already boarding the plane!

Turun seudulla aamuksi ennakkotilattu taksi ei koskaan tullutkaan. Puhelimessa vastasivat, ettei kyyti ollut kenellekään kelvannut. Ehkä sen olisi äpistä voinut päätellä, mutta suoraan se ei siellä lukenut. Mielellään äppi olisi voinut varoittaa, ettei taksi tulekaan. Jatkossa käytän puhelinta.
