Your rates are very cool that’s the only good thing about this app. Drivers have a very bad attitude, I just had a terrible experience. I requested the taxi and waited for an hour, called the driver and he won’t pick up. Only for me to find out that he had canceled the request after I waited for that long, and he didn’t have sense to call and tell me that. Sometimes your drivers are very rude and some of them don’t even know how to read map or know the place. Finally your network, you should work on it. Drivers sometimes take any amount because they unable to see price after arrival. Your problems are many, kindly work on them. For me am sure am going to delete this app after missing my date because of this driver.

Please I ordered a ride early this morning and when the trip ended I was supposed to pay 8cedis I gave this driver 20cedis he said he doesn’t have changed so I added 3cedis to it so he gives me 15cedis change but still he claimed he didn’t have change. it was aroung 4 am n I was going to have my Ghana card registration done n as at that time there was no vendor around to look for change and this driver waited quite a while and he was like he’s driving down a lil in town and see if he will get change and bring it to me. I trusted him because I was wasting his time abt an hour time he wasn’t back I called him and he told me that he still hasn’t n will send me mobile money once he see a momo vendor I didn’t receive any alert of money being sent to me but around 8 he called n said he took someone to ofankor barrier and he’s now coming so when he comes he will bring it himself up till now I have waited since please can you do something about it for me cos I need my 15cedis urgently 😠

This app is the most unreliable transport app ever. 95% of their drivers have no form of professionalism what so ever. I ordered a ride today and the driver called to tell me he was going to come to my pick up point and I specifically asked him if he was still interested in the ride if not he should cancel because he was delaying and moving further away from the pick up location instead of moving closer but he assured me he was coming which was a lie. He never showed up but rather kept on moving away from my pick up point so I decided to take an Uber which is a more reliable service. It’s been close to 1hr 30 mins and the bolt driver hasn’t cancelled the trip but is roaming in Accra on my account. In the end I will pay for a trip which never happened cause it’s a card payment and when I send a complaint bolt will never refund which has happened several time!!

Sometimes you order a ride, they will come and in front of you ask where you are going. after you’ve let let them know they will tell you to cancel and order a different one cos he can’t go to that place. so what’s the point at all? if you can’t go why accept in the first place? even just yesterday I ordered for a ride to Kfc, when we were in the car getting close to the place, the driver then told me that, there’s a faulty parked on the road so there’s traffic, everything he will tryna insinuate is that he can’t go so i should get down, what rubbish!! Uber drivers would never do that. i got very angry and uninstalled the app, i don’t think i can use again. better talk to your drivers cos they make everything worse!!!

Very rude, inexperienced and unprofessional drivers and the worst drivers I have ever taken. I Wont recommend Taxify to anyone. A driver threatening me in my house is really unacceptable. Got to the destination and the price was double the estimated amount, I told the driver that I don't have a enough money on me cos I didn’t budget for doubled price so he shd Ave patience and report the issue to ur office and he started threatening me, he was already rude on our way and got worse when this issue happened, I am very disappointed and am sure am gonna just delete this app, but see to it dat dis issue is addressed first. Dis is d 3rd time I have had drivers being rude to me, this is really bad!!
