Bloxels

Just to help let you know what kind of person this is coming from, I’m 15 years old at the time of writing this. My honest opinion? Really beautiful app, it looks so amazing and so easy to use too. I see really unbelievable games and such being made from this. Unfortunately though, that’s only from what I could SEE, as I can’t experience the building games part myself. I tried to sign up for a personal account, only to see I had to make a $20 purchase to do so, and well, I just can’t do that. It really makes me upset because I see this is more of something for teachers to use, and I just kinda really wish there was an app like this one for everybody to use, without having to pay. Oh well I guess, but again, looked fun. Thank you for reading.

I got a Bloxels board about 4 or so years ago and had a blast making creations and turning them into games and then sharing them to the Bloxels community for FREE! Today I wanted to show my brother Bloxels and how fun it is, however, Bloxels old app stopped working and made me use this one, no biggie. So I downloaded this one and HAD to create an account to even build a game. This is where things turned downhill. I went to there website and it said if I wanted to create an account I had to pick a plan (which cost money). I found that obviously ridiculous. I bought the Bloxels board already! I shouldn’t have to buy a plan to make stuff! This is ridiculous! You shouldn’t have “plans” to make stuff! Bloxels if you’re reading this, nobody likes you’re new “plans” thing. 2.1 stars, Obviously nobody’s paying for it with such low ratings.

I loved bloxels builder, I didn’t really like how you needed to buy a board to get all of the features but it could manage normally. Then, one day, I noticed I didn’t have bloxels, someone told me it was because or school district blocked it, I check the AppStore, and it was gone, leaving this in it’s wake. So you reap all of the hard work of people to were their games are all gone, next, you make a worse game and put it under a paywall, I get it, you have to pay bills, but this is insanity, stop it, bring back the original bloxels, and please, as a suggestion, make the board at least cheaper, at best free, you know what you did, atone.

So I am pretty young (10) and when I’m in school everyone is playing Bloxels “the old version” and I was like a mini star at school because I made a series called “The Stars” and I had the idea since I was 6 or something and Bloxels let me finally show the world my idea but then... EDU came out they shut down the old game and made this and I was sad because I can’t use the Bloxels board anymore and I can’t import my games over to the new game and because Bloxels was no longer downloadable it was taken down from self service so all my work and money got wasted so please just bring back the old Bloxels we all know and love

I have played this game since before the new one and it was great. This game is even better than the original in lots of ways such as more music options and an easier to navigate editing interface, but it’s missing some of the customization features such as using the board to edit enemy stats and the blocks that break and that can be used to make hidden wall passages and other things like that. I hope this comes in a newer update, overall this is one of the best mobile video game creating games I have played.
