Blobster HD

This is a simply stunning game all around and i'm already waiting for a new update with new levels, characters, power-ups and so much more. Once gamers get a hang of slinging Blobster all over the place, though, they’ll find that this is a fun platformer. Each stage is filled with different obstacles to overcome and power-ups to collect, which will help players overcome said obstacles. For example, one power-up allows Blobster to swim. Another, meanwhile, lets him sore through the air. The different power-ups add depth and variety to the game. Blobster can also collect orbs which will make him grow in size, allowing him to interact with larger objects. All in all, there are 40 different levels spanning 4 different worlds, so for 99 cents, gamers are getting a game of generous length. The levels are usually on the shorter side, but that means the game flows quickly from one stage to the other. While it remains to be seen if this title will enjoy the same kind of success that Angry Birds did, Blobster is an instantly enjoyable and different kind of platformer. While slinging Blobster around the game’s levels, watching him bounce all over the place, it really feels like one’s playing with a toy, rather than simply controlling another video game character. This is what makes Blobster a unique, stand-out platformer.

I love this game! The puzzles are great and keep me entertained. One thing bugs me though. I'm kind of OCD and in the bonus level "Blobule Rain" (the first bonus round in Beach Bonanza" there is an orb thingy missing. It keeps saying 65/66 and I KNOW I have gotten them all. If any of you know where the little guy is hiding PLEASE, for the love of God tell me! I'm practically losing sleep over this. Lol other than that... Totally worth the $$$!!!

The gameplay and sounds are astounding. The one gripe I have, though, is with the unwieldy controls. Sometimes it is difficult to make a character jump when in proximity of the remote control. Also, there is a bug that is preventing players from starting over from level 1-1 after completing the final bonus stage, leaving the "World Complete" screen on until the game is reset. Apart from that, I look forward to more levels.

This is a fun game and well done. BUT there needs to be a way to unlock the extra levels and get the other characters besides gifting the game to friends. Not all of us play with others or have friends who want games. At least provide some options....earn a certain number of stars for instance, or even as an in-app purchase.

I really enjoy this game it's super fun and addicting the Only problem is when u get to the jungle bonus level they said the are 66 purple green and yellow things when the are only 65 So I can not get 100% plz fix thank you for reading this review and for your time
