Everyone can have their own unique Spiritual pathway, but we are all trying to look within ourselves. BlissU helps you start and advance your spiritual journey based on your unique life problems, questions and situation. BlissU will help you start your Spiritual journey by providing you with a personalized easy to follow plan. This includes Daily Learnings, Practice and Guidance. Spiritual Learnings: Don’t Just follow a practice blindly, learn from the top Spiritual gurus about different concepts of spirituality in the form of bite-sized audios and videos, and internalize these learnings by trying out recommended practices. Daily Rituals: By aligning behaviour and creating shared experiences, rituals help you to create discipline and keep moving on in your spiritual journey. Explore and practice rituals on BlissU including Meditation, Yoga, Positive Affirmations, Mantra Chanting, Journalling and Karma Yoga. Commit to your practice and create discipline. Meditation: When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and we're kinder to ourselves. Yoga: You already know that yoga can increase strength, improve flexibility, and ease aches and pains. Practise regularly to observe the benefits that extend beyond your mat!
 Positive Affirmations: Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome self-sabotaging, negative thoughts. 
Mantra Chanting: Chanting is an ancient Indian practice with mental health effects that apply to our busy lives. Scientific studies have found that chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention. 
 Journalling: Keeping a journal can be a spiritual practice that allows you to connect internally and express yourself. It can be a supportive and helpful practice during difficult times—one that can help you understand and uncover how you’re feeling in the moment. Pranayama: The Sanskrit word Pranayama comes from Prana (life energy) and Ayama (to extend, draw out). The practice of Pranayama dates back to ancient India and the origins of yoga, said to be around sixth and fifth centuries BCE. Regular and sustained practice of Pranayama can supercharge your whole body! Karma Yoga: Karma Yoga is an ancient spiritual concept. Carrying out one’s duties without any attachment to the results is Karma Yoga. Bhagavad Gita mentions Karma yoga as one of the paths to purify the mind and ultimately leads to spiritual liberation. Krishna suggests that karma yoga path centres on dharma (Duty) and work (actions). Online Spiritual Community: Spirituality is not meant to be a lonely path.
