I have given 1 star, and the system is still glitchy, but Mike from the support team helped me out! I appreciate the refund and the extras! All I want is the glitches fixed! But he explained it takes time! I'm ok with that, with the credits he gave me! Update: sooooo glitchy!!! It freezes with the tornado power up and then I can't get anymore power ups during my game. So frustrating. Sometimes will do this on the money bag power up! This seriously needs to be fixed! I understand it takes time to fix the glitches... but this app has been glitchy for years and that's entirely too long! Update: WHEN WILL THEY FIX THE POWER-UP GLITCHES?!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Love playing but if I get the tornado I can't use any more power ups, which makes it near impossible to bingo! So annoying! Going to delete! And if they decide to finally fix it, maybe I'll come back! My gosh!

This is has been my favorite bingo app game for years now, but the past few months it’s been horrible. The glitches are beyond ridiculous, I cannot even get into ANY rooms other than the normal jewel rooms, and I have gotten “daub error” the past 3 days I have tried to play. I have lost sooooo many tickets that I have bought with my hard earned money and the power ups don’t work right. I have lost at least 800 tickets because I click to play 4 cards and it just freezes up on me and I can’t click “refund” or ANYTHING. I have to end up closing the app out and losing everything I have built up for so long. I see there hasn’t been a version update in over 8 months. Come on I hope you guys will make this right.

You get to a certain level and it’s almost impossible to complete collections. How can you complete a collection without using power ups, or by having to “complete quests” (you’re being forced to do something you don’t want to) and I’ve been playing the same room on and off for a year and haven’t gotten the last item! Why can’t you just buy ALL the items needed to finish? At least then you’d have a fighting chance! Then, they stop giving you daily tickets after a small amount, you only win like 150 tickets or so, and it costs you thousands to get that. They also removed the interesting rooms and now just have the jewel rooms, which are BORING! Deleting this game, and I don’t care how many tickets or coins I have left.

I have been playing this game for years and over the past couple of months I have seen great decline in its maintenance. Whenever a double power up or double XP come up, you can click on it but it won’t close the window. This usually happens early in the game therefore I do not get any more power ups and subsequently lose all four of my high numbered room boards. I have gone from 25,000 to 16,000 tickets after years of building up to that first number because of this problem in a matter of months. I had not said anything sooner as I figured other players would have drawn attention to this and it would have been fixed. Clearly this is not the case. It’s very disappointing as this used to be a really fun game.

This used to be my favorite game for years but now nothing works except the jewel rooms. Even then it takes forever to get to the next open room because it’s 15 to 20 levels between each room. The quests, special rooms and tournaments don’t work at all. Every single one either doesn’t load or loads, you buy cards and then it freezes and won’t let you do anything. You have to shut down your phone and restart and you lose all your tickets. This used to be such an amazing and fun game but it is useless now, about as useless as the customer service and the tech people who haven’t done an upgrade to fix anything. Deleting.
