Hi, there have been lot of instances when my items from the order were cancelled which I got to know once the order was delivered . I acknowledge that I received the complete refund for those items but those items were necessary for the day and it is late for me to make arrangements for the same. I can make those arrangements if I am informed while placing the order. It would be great if you could have this implemented. Also, there are a lot fewer options available to order. Looking forward to good range of items to order from. The idea is good but I do not like the service which I think can be improved.

I recharged BBDaily wallet with Rs 3000 via netbanking on 13th December 2019. Post recharge, I checked the wallet and it showed updated amount. However later that night I received notification regarding low balance, I immediately called customer support and briefed them on issue. They said that payment has not been successfully processed and the amount will be credited in my bank within 7 days. Nothing was credited to my account. After series of followup mails and calls, sharing netbanking red number, screenshot, bank account statement and even forwarding mail from bank’s end where bank confirms that payment was successful, no response from BBDaily team. Every time I get to hear standard answer: we understand your concern and will escalate the matter to concerned person. And on top of all this, twice the customer support executives have tried to label me as a liar. Extremely disappointing.

They are not able to fulfill simple orders like onion and tomatoes. They just say out of stock and refund the money. Quality of products is not too bad but the delivery is awful. If the bag is not hung outside, they will just throw the stuff in front of your door and go. Most of the time packaging is not proper, seals are broken. They never send an sms or email after the product is delivered. Stay away from this app. They are good for nothing. Not sure why they have opened this business when they cannot deliver simple items like onion and tomatoes. Do they expect people to buy from them and then again go to the market to buy the remaining products? If you write to customer service every time you’ll get a copy-paste response. Not sure who they have hired as customer service agents and why?

I would like to inform people that this truly is the worst app ever. First the sales rep came and told me how great it is. But the address would just not get registered and after a lot of back and forth the customer service ppl registered the address and I recharged for 1000 rs. after the first delivery I had to pause because I was not home. When I returned the address had changed again! The customer service ppl who I chatted with for two days didn’t do a thing and just kept saying we are sorry. Now my money is stuck with them and I can’t order anything because the app shows a wrong address! Besides after the customer service guy asked me to reinstall the app the previous subscription vanished! This app is a pain and please be warned that your experience will not be smooth at all.

The first day was like this is the only app which is very professional and customer focused but after first day you will regret due to the delivery and quantity and quality of the products. They will first deduct the money from the recharged amount and the products will show it’s delivered but that’s not the truth. They only show that it’s delivered. It’s a scam to make the customers fool. I had never a day where I’ve not faced any issues. I would not recommend this headache to any of my known. I’ve initiated the refund of my wallet amount which was not given by them and moreover they were not interested or bothered to refund the amount. It’s a risk once you add the money to wallet as you need to forget the amount once it’s been added
