Are you a glutton for punishment? Finally, there is an iOS navigation app that will curse you out while you drive, make fun of you for missing turns, and just generally act like a complete jerk. User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I absolutely love this app. It never fails to make me laugh with the random hilarious insults. The only real issue that I have with it, is when using the app with the dark theme applied, the color of your route could use a different more vibrant color. And as far as the app overall.... I think an option to select from multiple navigation voices would be AWESOME (might I suggest Samuel L. Jackson. I would even pay for that one. It would be a guaranteed success. How can one go wrong with some Samuel L. Jackson insults?! Just sayin'. --Keep Up The Good Work. Looking forward to the next update.
This is a great navigation app! It is powered by Mapbox, a great map service based on the OpenStreetMaps data, with live traffic data etc. The developer has been really helpful and responsive to my questions or ideas and I can see this becoming better and better with every release. The attitude just makes navigating fun, I don’t use the profanity, but the attitude makes me chuckle every time I hear it.... thanks for a great app, can’t wait to see where you take it!
It is an absolute delight to be told just how crappy my driving is. Quite a variety of insults🤪 GPS has gotten me where I wanted to go, and back several times. So far my only issue with directions is that it wants me to drive around the block when home is a quick left turn away. Things that would be awesome: Speed limit indicator - ala Apple maps A speedometer. Just think of the nagging that could happen. A “wandering Willy” detector. Jerky lane corrections should be detectable and could be another source of insults. Ability to add a stop. Overall, I like this app and will recommend it to those without small children. Oh, I know the profanity can be turned off, but someone will turn it on and forget. Then an innocent (right) child will get an education.
I didn’t mind paying but I did think it was going to be a better experience. There are the same voices as if you didn’t pay for the app. What’s the point of paying and yet receiving the same as not. Also and the worse part is that the navigation sound won’t play. You have to reboot it every single time I have to play with it. I’m not really using it as my everyday to-go navigation, simply for the insults and for the fun aspect. I’m sadly disappointed. In hopes it gets better. We need a Latin accent. Pendejos!
I would love to give this app 5 stars but I just can’t. This app’s navigation needs some major troubleshooting. I always get taken on the longest route and it always changes its route halfway in. Because of this, I’ll miss whatever exit I need to take or miss a turn, whatever the case may be. Even with insults turned off, it doesn’t make me aware of changes fast enough. I’d love to keep the app but my job has me traveling to places A LOT. I need something more reliable that this.
