After you tap on one of the unavailable tiles you get to the screen where you would expect to be offered the option to purchase, and you are presented with nothing. However, for whatever reason, the option is the on the screen but it’s invisible. What I did was to try tapping everywhere on the screen so see if maybe that was the case and it turns out it was. I believe for me it was somewhere around the middle, but if that doesn’t with for you, you may just want to try random places. So weird. Good luck and cheers!

I downloaded this app for my grandson and saw how much he enjoys it. So, I purchased the app and experienced the same frustration written in the other reviews. The additional levels would not unlock. I tried everything that I read in the reviews and nothing worked. But I persisted. I clicked, again, on one of the locked levels, and hit the Restore button and got the same results. Then I clicked the number 2 that is to the far left of the lower equation and the menu for purchasing the app popped up again. No one wants to waste more money on an app that supposedly does not unlock what we paid for but I took a chance. The message in the menu asks if you want to purchase all levels for $2.99. We have all already done that but I clicked OK. The system recognized that the app had been purchased and asked if I would like to download it for free. I clicked OK, opened the app, and all levels are now unlocked. Clunky way to go about it but my grandson has access to all levels and my frustration has evaporated. I hope that this helps everyone else if they run into the same problem. Cheers!

Great and stimulating game for my two y/o. Paid to unlock the full game and was able to initially unlock without issue. After a day, the app stoped producing audio (I’m a computer technician for apple, so I performed all the troubleshooting steps I would normally do for any other customer) to no success. Once I deleted and reinstalled the app, I was no longer able to restore my purchases on any of my devices (even though it clearly states my restore was successful). Attempted to contact the developer, but he doesn’t have a contact email on his website... just a Russian phone number and address. Developer, if you actually read your reviews, please get in touch with your customers and provide a contact email in your website. You make great games but your customer service options are horrible. I’ll also be submitting an escalation directly with AppleCare in order to receive a refund.

I downloaded the trial app. My grandson loves to play this so I went ahead and purchased the app so we could unlock the rest of the letters. But it will not let me unlock any more letters when I try to it says restore. I click on the restore button and then it tells me my purchase has been restored. But I still cannot unlock any of the other letters! If I can’t fix this I will go to iTunes and get a refund.

This is a great game. I purchased the full version. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. There is no way to unlock the game. I tried pressing on the restore buttons. It said my purchase was successful but I didn’t get the full version and they are still locked. Please help. Don't buy. I didn't get any response. It should be 1star or zero star for the app
