Needs to be updated to support iOS 11, specifically Face ID as logging in every time with email is a pain. App doesn’t appear to update my calendar until it sends me a reminder for the next appointment, future ones only exist in the app. No idea how I can log my daily exercise activity. Update after speaking to ATI representative. They are looking at Face ID after their next release in mid December. Looking forward to this so I can use the app. Also the calendar update is now updating my calendar. Must have been a glitch.

This is a great idea to help patients track appointments and exercises (along with helpful instructions and videos). However, the app is buggy and important functionality is missing. Some key examples: (1) There is no way to see your progress completing exercises. Once you track your progress, it goes into a black hole—you can’t see history of what exercises you’ve done or when. Also, my PT said that she also cannot see that on her end. Can this be fixed? Otherwise, why bother tracking in the app? (2) the list of appointments only shows a few upcoming appointments—not ALL of your scheduled appointments. This caused me a minor heart attack after my PT and I had spent several minutes scheduling out for the next few weeks and I thought that none of them had “stuck” in the scheduling system.

I love this app so much it is so helpful. It would be even better if there were push notifications and the ability to check off exercises when we complete them. And also good for the people doing our therapy for seeing our progress and making sure we’re doing them. Also would love it if you could put in the counters and time counting ability like a timer like what we use at the ATI facility for the exercises so that it can keep track of the counting and sets while we do them / this would help the patient focus better on the exercises !

I must say I am enjoying the calendar with my appointments and given exercises with example videos. However, it would be SO awesome if you could have the option to check off your exercises for the day. My type A personality wants to be able to mark it done. I say option because I realize not everyone would like that feature. It also might be nice for your therapist to be able to see your activity?? Additionally it would also be amazing if we could complete those added surveys/rating scales that are given on the app.

This is the second time I have needed assistance with the app. “Thank you for your continued patience. The next available analyst looks forward to assisting you momentarily.” This is what I heard repeatedly for 29 minutes until they cut me off. All of my son’s appointments and exercises vanished when they scheduled one single appointment for me. And I need app access for his exercises. A few weeks ago the app just kept asking me security questions and the problem had to be fixed by a tech. At least I got someone that time.
