This app had great potential with the quality of the picture on the live feed, but the scoring portion of the app is a huge FAIL! Maybe this works for baseball when you have 5 minutes between pitches to record what the previous pitch or play was, but in the fast-paced softball games, I found myself 2 plays behind while waiting for the system to catch up to the many selections that had to be made to record one play. Ground ball to short - instead of tapping the player that fielded and the player that caught for the out, you have to tap the player, tap that they “assisted”, tap the next player, tap that they made the “out”, then tap to “submit” to record the out. All of that while waiting on the server to catch up to each tap and by that time I’m two batters behind. GameChanger is a much more user friendly system. AGL still doesn’t have all of the choices for a batter. No batter interference choice, no catcher interference choice, and good luck if you or think the play was over and hit submit too soon and have to undo. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

While this app is a great idea, the amount of server errors during scorekeeping does now allow me to keep up with the game. I’ve quit keeping score in the middle of games because I fall too far behind batters because the server is SO SLOW. The game is (maybe) streaming live (when their camera works) but showing the wrong batter. At one point, the “live feed” kept showing the same batter over and over. Extremely frustrating to have to stare at the screen waiting to see if the play is entered or if an error occurs and having to hit the submit button over and over again while missing the next pitch and play! There is also no way to see the plays of the game. As a fan, Game Changer is far simpler and easier to follow during a live game (even if there is no live video) and to look back on previous games to see what happened and who played where. This app is far too expensive and frustrating for the quality. Needs A LOT of work. These developers seem to have never scored a softball game.

As of today, this app is far from being ready to be released. There is no trial period for you to be able to view the functionality of the app, therefore you have to pay to get access. Once you pay and realize what I have realized, I challenge you to find their customer service contact information in order to be issued a refund. After my refund request was granted, I was told I’d be mailed a check. I’ve sent three emails asking why they can’t refund my card. Patrick (customer service rep) continues to refuse to answer my question and just says that the check is in the mail. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. I suggest you wait the 4-6 weeks they claim they need in order to have the app running as advertised. Hopefully by then, they will have a trial period for customers so we can evaluate if the services they’re offering are worth $200+

Paid for a day pass to watch my daughter’s 2 fastpitch games because I was unable to be there. The audio and video were completely out of sync. The video kept glitching between the top and bottom of the 2nd and the names in the lineups were all messed up. Then I got an error message “unable to play video” - that was in the 2nd inning of the first game. So I literally tried to watch a horrible audio/video for about 15 minutes before no longer being able to play the video at all. I kindly asked for a refund and was told “Subscription Fees already paid are nonrefundable.” This is funny to me...isn’t a refund a return of money that has already been paid? Horrible experience, they have a lot of bugs to work out of this one.

We’ve been streaming for one week our team ID is 4095. Feel free to follow us. We purchased the AGL camera and I use my Iphones hotpot to stream. Surprisingly it didn’t use much data and I should be able to cover the whole month on my 30GB free hot spot. Would love for there to be zoom functionality on the AGL camera as you can see both fence lines and a tighter shot would make everyone more visible! Keep enhancing, lots of capabilities!
