Artful Agenda

I love this app. I honestly feel a lot more productive since using it. The layout is perfect to see my calendar and tasks and also the meal plan for the week/day. I love the planner feel of it because I have always been a paper planner person but I need my planner to be electronic so I always have it in my hand. However I only gave it four stars because of things that I think could improve for the tasks. This is honestly the first app review I have ever written and I’m writing it because I love this app and I’m hoping the creators can tweak these couple things. 1. I would love to be able to categorize my tasks. Even if I can just change the font color that would be huge! As long as I can visually see the different colors for my tasks then I can mentally know what category they fall under. 2. I know others have mentioned this but being able to repeat tasks would be amazing and save a good bit of time re-typing them in. I do love that I don’t have to schedule a time for them because that bothers me so much about other to do list apps. But if we could repeat things it would help a lot.

I first looked at this app a few weeks ago based off a rec from a digital planner FB group. I saw the reviews and dismissed trying it. It came up again, and my interested was piqued again so I decided to download it. Well, I think this is my planner. It’s a new app, it has some more features to come, but it does a great job so far. What makes me SUPER happy and supportive, is it’s a small woman owned business. I have used many paper and digital planners: true, bound, dated plannners, bullet journal, full dated digital planner, DIY planner, using or making “inserts” to fit my needs. I think I have found a great merge of the 2. Artful Agenda EASILY, quickly and seamlessly syncs across desktop browser, iPad and iPhone. I have easy access to my planner and notes no matter where I am or what I’m doing. I dislike carrying around my paper planner, and while I don’t mind taking my iPad for my digital planner, sometimes it’s just not needed - or I forget it. This seems to meld calendar, google tasks, keep, work calendar and notes all together in one. I look forward to the new features to get rolled out as they can get put into testing. To help that, I’ve joined the beta testers - I get direct input to tested features and that’s amazing. Congrats Katy and I look forward to riding this journey with you.

Love, love, LOVE Artful Agenda! I've always been attracted to (and bought) pretty, expensive, custom paper planners. But I never would stick to them more than a month or two because they just weren't convenient. I love that I now have my planner with me wherever I go! Love that it syncs with Google calendar, so my husband can have his boring old interface and I get something that's more visually appealing (a must as a creative!).... without any scheduling confusion between us. I think the pricing is a steal. Much less than I paid on paper planners and totally worth it for the increased productivity I've had since starting with using this program. The priority list for each day is SO helpful in boosting my productivity, and being able to snooze tasks is amazing. Life happens and I often need to move things from one day to the next. Done in a snap! Thank you, Artful Agenda! This is everything I needed and I know it'll just keep getting better!

This planner is exactly what I needed. Although there are plenty of agenda apps and options out there, I appreciate that this one maintains the integrity of a written planner, even visually. What this can do that my written planner cannot is help me visualize my day, week, and month all with a switch of the tabs, instead of having to write things twice across pages in a monthly/weekly planner. Furthermore, the free calendar in iPhone doesn’t let you quickly visualize your month items easily, which this one does. The quotes, water intake, meal planning, stickers and handwriting options are not necessary to me (but I’m sure are to many others, so not bothered at all), but I do love that I can switch out the covers. I look forward to coming updates that let me personalize it even further, but I truly appreciate how simple and no-frills it is. As someone who changes planners regularly, I think I’ve finally found a digital keeper!

I love paper planners in theory—and often buy 2 every year—but practically, the ones that work best for my needs are too bulky and heavy to carry around all the time. Enter Artful Agenda. I’ve been using it for a few months, and I am hooked! I love that the planner is with me anytime I have my phone (or iPad or laptop). I love that the app syncs with calendars across platforms (Outlook, google, Mac). And I especially love that the planner is well-designed and includes creative elements like different cover designs, font choices, and digital stickers. I know a lot of people don’t like the idea of paying a subscription fee, but for me, the Artful Agenda subscription price is less than I’ve been paying for a paper planner each year. (And, again, I often bought 2 per year. 🤷🏻‍♀️) Paying less money for a planner that I will actually use and not end up leaving at home is win-win for me!
