Thank you for the feedback and you are absolutely right. Even those that have been in for more than 20 years use it. Have received many emails from CSM's and 1SG's saying they are glad to see something updated the Soldiers can study from and know that before then Soldiers were studying questions from armystudyguide.com with Question/Answers that were from even before most of the Soldiers today were even born.

You are correct. But it's better to have too many Questions than not enough or outdated information for Soldiers to study. If you know how it was when the Sergeant Major of the Army said no more questions from armystudyguide.com. It was difficult for My own Soldiers in my Company. ADP 1 had more than 800 Pages and there were No Questions and Answers for them to Study. So they were supposed to read the entire Publication and be prepared to answer Questions from dozens of those manuals. Then while sitting on the Board as a Board member, I saw that the Other Board Members would ask the Questions in a way that the Soldiers didn't understand. So I made it where the Soldiers would know exactly how and what the Question would be like and what the Answer was. So it was also created for the Board members so they could All as the Questions the EXACT same way to EVERY Soldier.

Thank you. There was no Study Guide with this information until I put in the Work to make it for my Own Soldiers and their Boards. Then I made a site so that others can also study easier than having to read the entire Publications. I Saw that the change had made Boards harder for Soldiers to get promoted and that studying and reading the publications themselves were virtually impossible. So I read each one and made Questions and Answers for the main parts of the information.
