AppWish - Simple wishlist

It does what it says it does :) Simple and straightforward, no ads. It'd be nice to be able to make the icons/text smaller for easier browsing of larger lists. I personally would also like to be able to have a collection list that I can add small notes to. I play a lot of games and give recommendations out, it'd be really helpful for that. Other collection apps are already less useful bc they ask for hand entry of each title or rely on incomplete game databases.

I really liked this app but the broken notifications are a dealbreaker. I have background app refresh turned on and I know it’s working since I can open the app and see that it refreshed and shows the app is on sale, but it did not fire off any notifications. This means I have to open the app every day to see if something is on sale, and if it’s a short sale I may miss it before I manually check to see if it’s on sale. EDIT: I do have notifications enabled in the main system settings and there does not appear to be any notification settings within the app, only app sorting, show apps on sale first, and the locale settings. I do appreciate how active the developer is in responding to feedback though, great developer!

Edit2: All the problems below were addressed by the dev. I really like the app to keep a list of apps, but I don’t get any notification when apps go on sale. I think latest update deleted a couple games from my list. Not a huge problem for me but you might want to look into it. Could you add some price history data (or at least the previous price) for the apps?I am asking that because notifications do not always work and it is hard to see if the price listed in the app is lower than what it was before. Thank you!

Since Apple deemed the wishlist feature superfluous and deleted it for good from iOS 11 I was seeking an alternative method of logging apps I wanted to buy when I had the funds to do so. Enter appwish. This app is a brilliant extension that works in similar fashion that on previous iterations of iOS. I highly recommend it to anyone missing the wishlist feature.

Since Apple in their infinite wisdom decided to ditch the wish list in the App Store (still trying to figure out that bonehead move), the search for a wish list continues. Lookmark started out decent and has failed miserably. And now this! I have been messing with it for 10 minutes and only about 1/3 of the apps I have tried to save have actually saved. Glad it was free. Will be deleting and going back to pen and paper.
