Apple Knight Pro

I wasn't really expecting too much when I checked this game out (blame that on the outpouring of horrid platformers released in the AppStore over the last decade).... but after reaching the 5th level in the free version, I wound up buying this paid version. If it means anything to you (yeah YOU: the person reading this right now), I've been a platformer fan since I was 6 and introduced to Super Mario Bros. on the original NES back in the late 80's. Now, in my mid-30's, I'm still a platformer fanatic--and Apple Knight has hooked me. It's easily one of the better in the genre available for the iDevice. The controls feel great, the physics/inertia of the character feels great, the hitbox detection and the wall jumping/clinging to platforms is pixel perfect.... the level designs are great and the gameplay is challenging but fair. Get careless and you'll die. Try and rush through a stage before you know the layout; you'll die. The prices for upgrades are set so that if you beat a stage and then replay it to get each achievement, you'll be able to buy them as you unlock them. It's clear that a lot of care, attention and play testing has gone in to each and every level. If you're a fan of the genre, chances are you'll enjoy this. I've found it to definitely be worth the purchase, and fully recommend it to anyone looking for a new platformer to sink their teeth in to. 👍👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Worth a try, really like balloons and I don’t know why. Kinda thing that a strong can bake parliament ice cream goodness sake.
