Amazon Fire TV

When you are watching a movie or something and remote got disconnected after 1-2 hours then it doesn’t reconnects. Its showing connecting for a long time but nothing happens actually. I restarted the app and phone too to check if it works but I have to restart the fire TV to get it connected . Fix this bug please.

Those who are having issues must read this. Follow these basic things to have a seamless experience: Connect the Fire Stick and your iPhone on the same network (wifi). It will connect instantly. Those who are saying volume can’t be controlled, they must remember that this app is not your TV remote. Volume will change with TV remote. The blank area in the middle of the app functions like ur trackpad. It’s very easy to use. Awesome app.

This should solve it? Why can’t you have the “volume control in the app.” It’s a great product. But just too bad no volume control. I can understand the remote may not have it due to design/business factors. You got to give it to the customer when it comes to an app. Remember “if you can make it, we will take it.” A struggling customer will always change the brand but a customer who can find a solution to his needs he will upgrade with the brand. Hope to notice the volume control in the app! All the best. We are waiting...

Ever since the last update (introducing Fire TV recast for US only) the app is not working properly. 1. Sometimes it does not detects the firestick at all and keeps searching for it. I tried restarting my app and restarting tv set nothing helps, which is really frustrating. 2. While it is working and i am in the middle of browsing the remote suddenly stops and the app starts to search for firestick. This never happened before. 3. And even if by some miracle it gets connected to the firestick, the response time has increased. There is a delayed response. I start to watch something and after sometime i unlock my phone to lets say pause or change, the app is no longer connected and it will make you crazy to connect. All this issues were not there before. It is really bad experience now.

The Fire Tv Stick Is Really Good but the App Still Needs To Get Work Done. There Are 2 Bugs That I Face Often 1. The Keyboard Sometimes Doesn’t Type The Letters I Click. 2. The App Sometimes Disconnects The Stick Even If I Keep The App Open And Just Lock My Iphone. (Iphone Was Not On Low Power Mode)
