Alert 360

I would love to see a panic feature on the app. If I am in my bedroom or back of the house and someone comes in and the alarm is disarmed. I would love a way to open the app and hit the panic feature. Especially if having to hide in a room or under a bed during intrusion, you can not speak, so you cannot call 911. I would like the ability to request help from the app. Also my daughter has lung issues and if she is in bed and has an attack she would be unable to walk to the panel and hit the panic button for medical assistants and unable to talk on the phone S to not being able to breath. There is no way to text 911. So i feel the Ability to hit panic then shoes the emergency type would be such an awesome feature. If there is an option to do so please let me know.

The layout is nice, but the commands to turn lights on and off don’t always work and when they do they are very slow. Also, there is a limitation in the program that only lets you see the status (on/off) of up to 10 lights. It says you can control more than that but without knowing their status - you are supposedly able to send commands to turn them on and off but it’s extremely unreliable. The limitation of the software only letting you see the status of and controlling only 10 lights when most systems have capacity and capability to connect to many more is a MAJOR FLAW. I hope they fix it soon. Until they do, I can’t recommend this app or system.

I don’t know why I thought that this morning would be different, but I ended up setting the alarm off at 7 something AM on a Saturday. I woke one of my family members up in a panic while the others remained sleeping THIS TIME. They’ve gotten use to this happening so they just ignore it now. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of sounding the alarm? Yes a rep still contacted us just in case we needed assistance, but how many chances do we need to have this issue before you guys realize that there is a problem?! I loved the convenience at first, but now... What’s the point in having a home alert system inside of the house if people are going to ignore it because “This happens all of the time”? If this were a real break we could’ve been robbed, raped, or murdered! That’s pretty severe, but who know what might happen if an intruder came in here? I doubt that this will make it to public view, but you can’t say that we didn’t let ya know. Thank you

This app is just okay. I like to be able to control my system with the app and reviews cameras, but I find that my settings will every so often reset and things aren’t working. Clips aren’t recording and my light settings are completely different. Not sure if it’s a glitch. Would also love to see my account information in the app, pay my bill etc. None of that is available on this app

Very frustrating having to troubleshoot, reload or turn phone off and on just to view my cameras. Almost everytime I get an alert or receive a notification that someone is at my front door I miss them and it’s caused a lot of unnecessary stress having to resort to less safe approaches when my Family is home and not safe and secure in our own home. Not very happy with all the discrepancies ! But, when the App and or cameras are working they work good !
