6ya - Instant Expert Help

This app/service is incredible. I was very dubious as it seemed to promise too much, but figured what do I have to lose since there’s a satisfaction guarantee and it was much cheaper than the quotes I was getting to repair my dryer. The 30 second response time is legit. I think the first time I used it it took almost a minute. The next two calls were pretty close to 30 seconds. The two experts I talked to regarding my washer dryer repair were both extremely knowledgeable. The first, Derek was able to help me troubleshoot and identify the issue. The second, Howard, was able to help me source a replacement motor and also suggest some other cheap parts that it would make sense to replace while I had the dryer open and drum removed. The repair I’m doing isn’t rocket science but it’s very reassuring and a confidence builder to know I can quickly get in touch with an expert if I run into any snags along the way (the repair isn’t over yet). And I’m also psyched knowing the quality of the support in knowing I have a go to for any other home issues I run into...up next is fixing a broken ceiling fan.

I do odd jobs outside of my full time income. This app has made making money simple. I can speak with someone who knows what they're talking about in minutes as opposed to searching for hours online trying to figure out my answer or waiting for a response to my question. I love the live stream feature as it's much easier to explain a problem with visual ques, rather than calling into a repair shop and trying to explain what the issue is with words alone. Great idea! Bought a Brother printer only to discover they offer NO support other then an online manual which offered NO help. I had read a review of 6ya but I was skeptical. Checked it out Discovered it was a BARGAIN. You don’t pay for follow up calls! When Michael called he was warm and personable and I soon learned a genuine EXPERT too! He was patient and asked all the pertinent questions and solved my problem in minutes! I am sold! This is the real deal! Expert help at a very fair price! Thank you Michael! (great beard too)

WOW HE FIXED IT!!!! It is wonderful I was on the phone for 3 hours with a AT&T could not fix it got a new phone. Had ended getting a new phone and after a little over 3 months he fixed it in15 20 minutes! I could not be happier! After last night and the trouble I had this guy deserves a raise! Thank you so much!!!
