I have trouble sleeping at night and her calming voice and the peaceful music is so relaxing, I find myself drifting off to sleep before the session ends. This app has also helped me learn how to meditate and helped me learn how to relax which was difficult for me to do. It also helps me get rid of all the things that go on in my head that prevent me from sleeping at night. I'm glad I found this app, it really has helped me and I've only used it twice. I will be using it more often.

This meditation is a wonderful escape from my day-to-day struggles. It allows you to use your imagination and having the different sounds and music only makes it seem real as if you were there. I recommend this to anyone and all you need to do is take time out of your day to have this experience.

I used this app for the first time on a break at work. I have a few years of meditation experience so I can quickly visualize the lush scenes described. The experience is very tranquil and short enough for a work break time period! Please make more scenes!!! Wonderful app. The meditations are calming, the voice is soothing, and the background noises are perfect. The females voice leads you through each meditation, making you really feel like you're there. I definitely recommend this app.

I use this with my students before we take a test. The level of calmness and focus that it brings to students is amazing. Sometimes students just ask for mindfulness if they are having a rough day. It is great to see 12-14 year olds access the power of mindfulness.
