21-Day Vegan Kickstart

We found this to be a helpful aid for embarking on our dietician-recommended vegan diet. Many vegan cooking guides call for hard-to-find ingredients and hours of cooking, but these recipes are easy to shop for, and quick and easy to follow. I agree with another reviewer that it needs a little proof-reading and editing, and since the upgrade, all the meals, snacks and desserts are labeled as “dinner”. (Maybe it’s just my old iPhone?)

I followed this strictly for 7 days and lost two pounds. I have more energy, less brain fog, sleeping more soundly at night, and my clothes are fitting better. I also bought the book and read it so it makes sense and reinforces my willpower. The recipes are simple and delicious. This app easily helps you quit meat & cheese & processed foods - I’m never going back to eating that way.

I haven’t run into any of the problems listed in these reviews. I absolutely love this app. While it was a bit expensive and complex shopping for I guess that goes hand in hand with a complete kitchen and diet makeover. The recipes are FANTASTIC OMG!! I’m learning so many new foods and new ways to eat and cook. The basic serving sizes were enough for both me and my boyfriend. Love this app!

Good app UI, delicious recipes, and good content however it’s clearly rushed as there are numerous spelling mistakes and other small things that need to be addressed. Just needs to be edited. I respect them getting it out for New Years though and for that reason it gets a 4 star from me. I’ve been vegan for 8 years, working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Absolutely love this app! Simple and easy to use for all ages. Save your favorite recipes and plan out what groceries you need. Lots of great information that can help expand your knowledge on a healthy lifestyle. And I love how there is no scam to buying a subscription, everything is absolutely free!
