User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I've lost cash whenever a transaction is lost when trying to load... There are times that I've lost 300 pesos trying to load. EDIT: Last month I lost 400 pesos for the same reason. This might be because of data connection fluctuating. Please make it so that it won't go thru the transaction. I can't stand losing money for this reason.
edited (2nd review from 1 star to 3 stars). The supplementary card should be displayed separately. Also, max. credit limit for supplementary card should be controlled by principal on this app. So it can be changed immediately without calling & waiting for an hour on call center 😪.
ERRORS! keep having an error in adding my new payroll account. saying "A request to add this account is on process".. its been 24hrs. My colleagues successfully added theirs but for me I can't! tried basic troubleshooting already. I also tried adding my account to their profile STILL NOT WORKING! keep on contacting their Customer service Ive got NO RESPONSE!!
Fingerprint authentication isn't working. Keeps saying fingerprints have changed and asking to reset but unable to do so via settings. Tested fingerprint login with BPI, BDO, and Citibank apps and they're all working, so it's not the phone with the problem but the app.
What happened to the app?I want to track one of my transaction because its really important but my online access was been block whenever i tried the unblock features its not functioning,instead it keeps blocking my access and telling me to access my email to reset password however when i check my email and reset my password it directed me to the website but then the website is not functioning at all just a blank page on it. So tired about this 😔
