I've been using QQ for more than 10 years and kept in touch with my old friends. Recently it was forced to be updated to the new version. I cannot login without link it to my phone number which I don't remember. It has been more than 10 years. Too bad. Why cannot I login by username and password as usual? Actually I can login, but cannot send or receive any messages. I hope the next rev would fix the bug.

I always think QQ is much better than Wechat(both developed by tencent). But the recent updates are disappointing. Selecting pictures becomes difficult(not sensible enough). From last evening to now, I can't send any messages. There is nothing wrong with my network. I can still use QQon my laptop. What's wrong with the mobile app? By the way, evening QQ is disappointing, Wechat is still rubbish.

it is helpful for my online learning but this app gets error for several times and I don't know why. Whenever my qq is error, I restarted my phone, but nothing happened. It's written that my connection is poor, but at the same time I can use other chinese apps like wechat, chaoxing platform, and mooc perfectly without any connection problem. This app sucks

Hi developer, could you please solve this issue ASAP, it keeps saying that "the connection has timed out, please check your connection settings". But my phone is actually connected to WiFi and it's working properly. Also, Restarting the app doesn't help.

I've using the app for 3 years without problem, until the recent update. It kept telling me there was problem with internet connection, while all my other apps works fine. Its very frustrating. Can someone please help? How can I reverse the update?
