PS Remote Play

The remote play works quite well, although it is nearly impossible to play using the screen buttons. The second screen option doesn't work at all. I would be very happy if I could simply use the remote play function with my dual shock connected to my ps4. There is a workaround to create a second account, make it as primary user, then connect the app, and play in your account as guest. This way the app works, but quite annoying. It is kind of embarrassing that sony does not develop a decent app.

Only two things that I think is a large issue with this app which is one you can't broadcast live gameplay and two why can't there be an option to use the controller while using the phone screen? Think about it, it would make the screen easier to play and less of a challenge to play while touching the screen on the phone, if you can set up connections with the phone and the ps4 controller, then surely this won't be much of a problem to get done.

It works well enough... Unless you (like a huge majority of Android users) don't have Android 10. In which case, you'll only be able to use touch controls because they don't allow you to use alternative controller options. Also, using the app may crash your Bluetooth when connecting a controller (that, again, probably doesn't work) Too many games are unenjoyable with touch controls Update: I got Android 10. BT earphones work now. Updated to 3 stars, other people still won't be able to play.

The look of the app, especially on a galaxy note 9 such as my own, the app giving the potential to play PS4 games on the go is pure genius. One fatal flaw is that the mobile controls for certian games don't do it that much. I.e you need Android 10 to support your Ds4. Devices like a Note 10, 10 plus, or S10 might work. But since you can't also use a third party controller and any phone without Andriod 10 like my Note 9 are pretty screwed and are forced to wait for the android 10 update.

Have a Nokia 7 plus with latest version (Android 10) and the app still says that the ds4 isn't compatible... It connects my device to the ds4 via Bluetooth, but the app says it isn't compatible! Double checked my Android version, just to be sure, and checked the description to see if any device with Android 10 would be compatible. Tested with old and new version of the ds4.
