Every few weeks I have to reactivate the app because it has a bug where it forgets my credentials. This requires me to call customer service and answer a bunch of questions to prove my identity or to install and activate the app on my wife's phone. Very frustrating when I'm using my bank credentials to log into a website, then I can't complete it because the app breaks.

Impossible to activate on a new phone. My old phone has Android 5.0 and the latest app version is 1.6.1 there. It doesn't have "Activate in another device" button. The screenshots in Google Play come from a newer version 1.7.0, which mention addition of this functionality in "What's new" section: "Finnish private customers can take the app in use on another device by scanning a QR-code from the original app"

Extremely annoyed the way this works, frustrating to see that app is not responding to any command and then gives error that the service is not responding at the moment try later, and again all over same non sense starts. The app works perfectly only in WiFi not on mobile Network like Elisa. Please fix it

Trying to add a new device. Having the latest code app. It says open your existing device, tap active user and "activate in another device". Tapped this few times - there is no such option. And dont ask BS like do you have a newest app - I'm a software engineer myself. The app sucks, just as Nordea in general. Bunch of arrogant mor..ns, not fixing their bugs and having "technical maintenance" every month.

Worked fine at first, but after update to Nordea web services it stopped working randomly. It said "incorrect pin" and locked app for 3 days in a row and after several calls to support I had to register app again. And real reason was that 2fa was out of sync or smth and not "incorrect pin" which it incorrectly stated. Not cool Nordea..
