User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
It's a fair price to pay for the content available. Here is a list of things that I don't like: - No ability to rate a movie or show apart from like or dislike. - You can't see a rating for the movies or shows or read any reviews, so one has to search in other apps if a show is worth watching. - Too much garbage content. - Too much political and Jewish propaganda embedded in the exclusive shows and documentaries. - Suggestion system usually makes no sense at all.
After my last update on my Samsung j7pro, I can't open this up. It keeps saying device failure 501 - 1019. I'm paying for a monthly subscription. And yet can't get this app to work anymore. I've update this app. And still nothing. Restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled this app. Still not working. This is not good enough.
It's great. I love it. You can watch movies and tv shows whenever you want. They have a wide variety, which is great. The only problem is, right now it isn't letting me watch anything. It's not internet problems though. It's like "This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title". I honestly don't get it. And I can't watch anything cause that message keeps popping up.
I Absolutely Enjoy the Netflix App. It has a vast variety of TV shows, Movies, & more. The only Issues that I've had with the App lately are that it has been Freezing & Loading Very Slowly ie; your Lists etc., Not the Watching part, that's been working Great. Also, on the "Continue Watching" List, it would be Fantastic if you could be able to take Shows that you've started, but didn't like, & be Able to Remove those. I've not found a way to do that. I like Netflix but it's not a sophisticated app. Search engine is poor, sometimes I have to Google film name+Netflix to get results. Given the huge collection there should be a better way to list films/tv, including when removed, genre, language, cast list. The My list section should be divided into TV and film not lumped together. Finally subtitles should be controlled via app. It's a frustrating app, and given they've increased the price this needs to be better.
