Select a date and tap Next5. Enter the aerobic exercise item name and tap OKBy selecting from the past history from [Select from history] You can save the trouble of inputting.6. Select a start time and tap Done7. Tap [Done] on the confirmation screen8. Tap the record in the end column of the table9. Select the end time and tap OK→ Automatically entered in the time field10. Tap the record in the calorie column.11. From the list of files, tap the file you want to restore. If you tap "Sort" from the menu on the upper right, you can sort by "Modified date (newest first)".■ If the app does not open after changing modelsTry steps 1-5 below on your new smartphone / tablet.Step 1.
