DoorDash - Driver

It would be nice if the app notified you when there's a busy time/when my area turns red. I have to log in to check. My area isn't busy all the time so I know I'm missing out on hours, so a heads up would be nice. Also maybe a notification when time slots are open. Plus when I click on directions and it takes me to wayz it doesn't put in the correct address. It took me to the wrong street ( Ln. Instead of CT.) I have to manually put in address so I go to the right place. That takes up time.

I didn't have a problem with this app until yesterday (02/26/20) when it signed me out and when I put in my log in and tell it to log in it starts to and then it goes back to the sign in app and I know it's not the wrong sign in because I changed my password and it STILL does it, I even tried to uninstall the app and reinstalled it and since it's not working it means that I CANT MAKE MONEY WITH YOUR BUSINESS! FIGURE IT OUT OR I have no choice but to leave.

This app needs a lot of work. - You can't change your starting point manually if you leave a state. It only automatically changes when you luckily find yourself in a territory. Or if you call support -There is a glitch that always occurs when you finish a schedule. It will always say "end dash" but won't actually let you end it until you quit the app and relaunch. -Most things you call customer support for are for things the app should already let you do. More to say, but text limit reached.

The app seems to be running much better than it has in the past with minor issues and so i'm giving it a higher rating. If i'm using the map for directions then i'm also recieving texts that says i've missed a run for not responding. There needs to be a sound notification like the other driving apps that lets me know what's going on in the background.the map is often wrong so i have to use a secondary source for accuracy. The pay rate needs to be much higher. My decline rate is all your fault.

In the past five times I've Dashed, the GPS system in the Dasher app had lost track of me six times. This despite the Locator functions on my phone working fine for every other app on it. I even called my cell provider and everything is fine on their end. I've been unable to pick up deliveries, drop them off, or been offered a bunch of orders from other areas and states even, all because the app has the wrong location for me. Support is worthless; just wants to email engineering about it.
