Horrible. Used app once and linked to debit card when I used Facebook to sign in, minimum you can deposit is $10 and I only used $2 plus their "fee". Went to use it again and it told me I could no longer log in using FB. Can not access the rest of the money and customer service has not answered their messages for hours. Asked for a refund.
Madatory app. But charges a convenience fee. Doesnt accept all cards. Zones can change from block to block and then back to a previous zone. No support from the chat box.
Ridiculous that you have to pay a convenience fee in order to use their app but I guess it's helpful when you don't have cash. I don't like that you have to load at least $10 to the app in order to use it. Still waiting on an email response about having two wallets that I can't merge for some reason.
The old version was great except for it not allowing as much time. The new update somehow deleted my current vehicle and pulled up an old plate number I had deleted from the old app and cost me a ticket. Since they both had same name, company van, I had not noticed the change and certainly would not have expected such odd behavior.The old app honked a horn when time was near to expiring and unless this one switched to "media" for its sounds, that is also gone. Please go back to the old version !
If you are going to have what appears to be an online chat help function, then you should respond to help questions immediately. When I most recently signed into app it stated they no longer support Facebook sign in and immediately asked for my email address to verify codes. However all my account history was gone and my account balance was gone. Still waiting for support to respond to my conversation help chat. This app is amateur, unreliable and it does not show Buffalo in a positive light.
