AP is perhaps the most reliable source of news that is immune from accusations of bias.

A reputable news source.a well-designed application. However, I am frustrated with the fact that when notifications come through and I click on them, I am taking to the app where it buzzes along for a minute and then says developing story come back again later. if the notification is sent out the story that links two should be readily available for reading.

To my relatively limited understanding, this is the closest thing to primary source news out there. Apparently, many journalists get their breakthrough by following up on the work of AP News for their news source, and as soon as I learned that I was in. Get this app and never have to worry about your news being outright false or biased. Thank you for finally giving me a reliable, good news source. I never rate apps, so this should show you how pleased I am. Please support AP News.

Sept 2019. Been enjoying the even-handed news articles, but it's hard to actually focus on them. ADS! When you open an article to read it, there's a banner ad at the bottom, over the text. As you're reading, the banner becomes animated. If you close it, another ad takes its place which soon starts moving as well. Less intrusive but still annoying: as you scroll the newsfeed, there are multiple ads designed to look like news articles.

Very poor app. Frequently crashes,and when it does run, it has very intrusive ads - videos opening up, taking up a third of the page as you are trying to read, and they re-open after being closed, and then if they finally stay shrunk at the bottom, once done, they just repeatedly flash black and white - very distracting.
