Antistress - relaxation toys

Very relaxing as a person with a little extreme and sometimes fatal anxiety this app really relaxes you. I might only have had this app for a couple of days but there has been a tremendous difference in my actions, and how I have been dealing with my anxiety. Great app if you have anxiety is bad stress it's a great way to relive that and, take a breather.

This game is absolutely wonderful. I've spent the last hour or so exploring it. It has many different options and "mini games" that are very calming, grounding, and good for someone like me who has anxiety. I will be using this game for grounding techniques and I've already bought the add-on. ( personally, well worth the dollar but for sure not needed to enjoy the app. ). The best thing of all is that there are absolutely no ads! This is such a sweet little app I am very happy to have found~

Definitely a great app, I would recommend it to anyone! All the little mini games are really fun and have relaxing sounds, It's pretty much impossible to get frustrated with it. I also like that theres no ads, and only one in-app purchase which is the quiet pack, which looks really good and I'm hoping to buy in the future. Pretty nice but a lot of it is paid. This game "Peace Assembly" has stolen your work and has rigged reviews. They have also made fake reviews just to keep it at 4-5 stars. Many have seen this, and the 5 star reviews all have improper grammar. There also aren't any 3-4 star reviews, so they're obviously fake. Hopefully this could be dealt with.

Anti Stress is a really great app. It has so much and It does really help with my stress and anxiety. The only problem is that it's the noise that helps. They have a quiet pack, but you have to bbn pay $0.99 for each of the quiet ones if you wan them.
