Wish I could do more from the app. I have to log in to my desktop for a number of tasks, which I'm often not around for. For example, gift certificate and package codes. The dates never open on the requested date, especially from the app's notification bar. So I have to remember the date, time, and length requested then manually open the app, several times sometimes, to go in and book the appointment. I feel like the app worked better before the squarespace merge.
Everything works great! I love the personality of the company and they're great about helping you for a smaller business. I wish there were options for saving card numbers in both square and acuity bc when I run saved cards it still needs to be manually entered. Also want rules and conditional logic for the forms. But other than that it's awesome!
The app used to run a lot better. I do still enjoy it when it works, but it's been having numerous of problems. Like loading on the wrong day. Constantly selecting for me to view everyone, despite my best efforts only to look at my own schedule. I'm not sure what happened. Before the update, it ran perfect! Don't fix what ain't broke, ya know? I believe in you to find a solution. I'll update my review fairly then! 😊❤️
I really like the app and it's simplicity. Only thing is that it crashes quite a lot. It crashes on me and when it doesnt load properly it causes me to sign back in or it shows a totally different day schedule other than today's. Then I'd have to reload it in order to have todays schedule up. Other than that the app is perfect for me. BTW, I do like the older version more, with the blue app icon.
Awful Update This has been by far my favorite booking site. And the best app I have used for booking clients. I'm not sure why there was a need for such a big update. However ever since the update, my app is horrible. My experience is horrible. I've had trouble manually booking clients. Whenever i open the app it constantly opens up saying "today" but the date is always the wrong date. Today when it did it it was 10/19/19. I hope this is corrected soon, my livelyhood depends on it.
