Both allow you to do everything that’s listed above. Then what’s the difference?

Use the integration via email if you need a quick set-up for gathering reviews as tickets in Zendesk and replying to them with AppFollow. This integration has few limitations but none will prevent you from receiving users’ reviews and replying to them. Learn more

Use the native app if you want to merge AppFollow’s features with the full functionality of Zendesk: tickets, internal discussions with your team, work with reviews. With all that said setting up the app takes a bit more time — but it’s totally worth the hassle. Learn more
