A brief history of AppFollow

The beginning

The spark that set the idea of AppFollow alight happened at a small hackathon in 2014. While tracking dozens of apps, Anatoly Sharifulin, Co-founder and CEO of AppFollow, found that he was struggling to monitor reviews on the app stores. So, he set out to solve this problem.

Anatoly and Pavel, CTO and Co-founder of AppFollow, worked together to build a simple tool that grabbed reviews straight from the App Store. It went on to win the hackathon. After showing it to a few others, who absolutely loved the idea, they decided to build something new, bigger, and even better together — this was the moment the concept of AppFollow came to life.

The present

Today, AppFollow is a full-fledged reputation management platform — spanning all major app stores and beyond.

With our COO Eugene joining early on, we've maintained our innovative spirit through bi-annual hackathons while building a successful B2B SaaS business. AppFollow is in a lucky spot; we’re established enough to be trusted yet agile enough to adapt to market changes fast.

The future

The internet is not becoming any less populated. Our goal is to help businesses hear and act on user feedback anywhere only grows in reach. New AI tech, more sources, better insights.
