What are Premium plans?

Premium (Indie & Companies) plans are customised plans which depend on the number of apps, keywords, replies to reviews and team members. You may other features to your subscription, e.g. Help Desk integrations.

What is an Enterprise plan

Enterprise plan is a customised plan for tracking significantly larger amount of data without limits. It includes all features of a Premium plan, plus personal account manager, Single Sign-On (SSO), dedicated instances and custom features implementation.

How does your billing work?

When you choose a plan, we’ll ask you to pay for the subscription in advance with your credit card. You can select whether you want to pay for a month or the whole year.

Can I pay by invoice?

Invoice payment is available for companies. To request it please contact our support team.

What is a Free plan?

Free plan is a multi-user access to user reviews, updates and ranks for 2 apps in 2 countries as well as available data about 20 selected keywords and 20 replies to reviews per month. Additionally, you can set-up all integrations and email reports.

What if I want to track more units?

If you can’t find a good fit among plans you offer, we’ll create a custom offer for you. Please contact us.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express from any country. If you’d like to pay via other billing system, contact us.

How do annual billing work?

If you choose annual billing, you pay in advance with a discount of 20%.
