AppFollow v 1.1 — new capabilities

Dear friends! AppFollow is a fast-growing project. We constantly listen to our customers requests so thank you for helping us perfecting our mobile applications qualitative analysis service!

Something new appears almost every day. Over the past few weeks we’ve been adding only the most requested features.

So, major innovations in our service are as follows:

Apps collections

Now under one account you can create several apps collections. You can “collect” apps by the platforms, languages or subject — arrange them the way it is most convenient for you.

Export of reviews

We know that data export is very important when doing analytics. Therefore, we have implemented the ability to export data to CSV. With this new option, you can optimize your way of interaction with developers or designers by sending them the appropriate reviews filtered by any criteria: novelty, application version, tags, etc.

Reviews “thermometer”

You can now evaluate data pretty quick by glancing at reviews distribution bar. We call it “thermometer”. It helps to clearly define the correlation between the negative and positive reviews. E.g., you can now focus only on critical reviews as quickly as possible.

New statuses

We’ve been asked to add more status tags for reviews, like Positive and Negative. Now you have them! By regulaly tagging reviews, you can know exactly what users like or hate in your or your competitors’ applications. This is quite helpful tool to be proactive and earn loyalty of those who expressed some dissatisfaction with your product.

While you are getting to know our new features better, we are already working on new ones: quite soon we’ll introduce reviews cross-posting into Trello, Redmine and Slack.

Follow the news, we promise — it will be hot! :-)
