I love how the tasks are short and simple, yet do so very much to get me in present time, putting myself in perspective with whatever is going on around me. Tuning out of all of everything for a few short minutes to become one with myself and remember me again. Very nice, thank you. Fun and short assignments and reminders for mindfulness tasks around 5 minutes long. I use it all day, trying to tune in more. I wish you could adjust the hours (my day is from noonish to 2-3 AM and it would be useful to have them near bed or later too, just not while I'm sleeping. Minor request!
I love this app. Several times a day, they send a new exercise- you choose how long to do it. They suggest 1 to 3 minutes each. So they fit easily into the day. Not only do they help practice mindfulness in the midst of the day, the exercises are fun and fresh, and stimulate new perspectives.
This app gives me more reason to look forward to my meditation. The art, music, assignments are all very enough to be a wonderful surprise every day. I love how we are able to set the number of daily reminders. Thank you!
Hi there, I am confused about this app. I read some good reviews and even bought premium version of this app. But the app doesn’t work. It just shows me a cute picture with cute meditated boy. It is all. I uninstalled and then installed again and again and again this app. No one of this version of app doesn’t work.. premium and not-premium. I would request my money bag... or explain me why it doesn’t work on my phone. Olena
