Provide a brief description. Include a photo if you’d like.<br><br>•Submit <br>Provide your contact information or submit anonymously. It’s up to you.<br><br>It’s efficient.<br>Once submitted, your incident report will be automatically integrated into your local municipality’s Cartegraph Operations Management System workflow for prioritization and handling. <br><br>*If the community from which you’re reporting doesn’t support YourGOV, Cartegraph will forward your submission to the appropriate municipality on your behalf.
