User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I’ve been several years and always enjoy this show. Those people really work hard to perfect their performances but my complaint this year 1st off was there were no elephants for the kids to ride year. My grandson looks forward to that every year but I was told they switched and went to using camels. Ok fine I convinced my grandson that he would be riding the camel instead which lead to a study on camels. Well today we go to the show and guess what no camel rides. Needless to say he was so disappointed. I couldn’t get him to stop crying so I had to calm him down by taking him to Chuckee Cheese. I walked around and asking a couple employees what happened and no one new. Went to the ticket office and they told me that they have no access to that and are only responsible for ticket selling. I do her that but who was the right person to ask?? I feel they should’ve known that.
This was the most horrible experience. We are from out of town and this was a special birthday surprise for my husband. We had a 6:45 dinner reservation and because we aren’t familiar with the traffic situation, and because we are never late, we got there 20 minutes early. When we got there , the restaurant was EMPTY. We were told that they would not seat us until our reserved time. I said we’ll change the reservation to 6:30. They said they could not do that. I guess because it was a birthday, they said we could sit at the empty table but they would not give us menus until 6:45. We asked to speak to the manager because this made no sense to us at all. We live in New York, Los Angeles and we are avid travelers so we have eaten in the best restaurants worldwide. The manager was worse, he said it puts strain on the kitchen and we would not be given menus until 6:45. And he knew it was a birthday. So we left and he sarcastically said “ have a nice evening”. They have more attitude than anywhere we have eaten.. Ny, LA, Hong Kong , London etc etc. DO NOT GO HERE... they are rude and haughty.
I would give one star but it’s not possible. This was my first time at the shop a few of my coworkers go. When I walked in i sat down and waited for someone to acknowledge me. I let them know that I had an appointment at 3:30 and wanted to get a pedicure. The guy that scheduled my appointment had took another client so he was not ready. Ok boom. A lady comes get me and shows me my chair. She begins asking to choose the package I want. I had one ear piece in and she goes to the back and comes back and tries to throw the neck pillow around my neck. I’m yelling no wait. No hold on she still puts it around my neck. When she does she hits my ear knock my ear piece out in the water. Fast forward I ask for a nail tip she refuses and tells me no ugly. This way better. As she polished my big toe I said see that’s why I wanted a tip and she said no don’t look good. I have never went anywhere where they would not do what y you want. But hey this is a first. When I asked how I would be compensated for my air pod he no longer wanted to do my nails.
As we were enjoying a night out at Kelsey Restaurant on Pacific Ave in Atlantic City the food was good and the live band was exceptional entertaining but was told by the Manager that our allotted time allowed to sit and eat while enjoying the band has exceeded therefore we had to get up from the table and that time we were shocked and it was embarrassed so I stated oh u just was watching us and he stated oh u can thank the host who kept bringing it to his attention, I feel like if it’s a time limit it should have been included when reservations were made, that was so rude and humiliated never been approached like that while enjoying the entertainment and when we told him oh we were finishing listening to the music he stated oh we dnt work like wow such unprofessional of him!!!! We noticed it were several others that walked in with us but we didn’t see them get treated like that and for the record we arrived early and the host sat us early so we shouldn’t be penalized such a establishment being so rude
Yelp has 0 ways to contact them unless you want to report a specific business or are a business owner. Leaving this negative review is the only way I could think of to contact them about this issue. On some recent update they changed the layout on business pages where they put the phone number and a link to directions on the same line. This cuts off the last 5 digits of the phone number so you cannot see it. For phone users this isn't a problem because you can click and auto call, but for wifi or iPod users it just prevents us from getting the phone number in the app. Worse yet, the phone number is not included on the about page for businesses either which would be an easy fix! I now have to open yelp entries in Safari or google the business to get the phone number. This is really inconvenient and I'm considering deleting the app and just using the website, annoying!!!
