User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
AJ and all the crew are the best I’ve been coming here for close to 15 years. These guys are just fantastic very kind very friendly with all the customers can’t say enough good about any of them because they could be having a terrible day and you wouldn’t even know it because that’s the pro’s that they are. Are very friendly with each other and help each other to learn the business better when the new employees are asking a lot of learning questions they do not talk down to each other. They just help each other with a lot of compassion. It’s been fun to watch. Wish I could give them all a raises So they realize your patience and compassion and understanding what they’re doing is not being over sought. Good job at Aviation Way, Starbucks you’re all true pros may your boss all recognize you and the district manager. Hint hint wink wink 💰💸💵💴🏧💰😜👍🏻
I owned a restaurant and we had 4.5 to 4.75 rating on all other rating sites, except Yelp. On Yelp we had a 2.5. I went through the reviews and there were many that were 4 to 5 star reviews, but they were hidden on Yelp and not used in our rating. I contacted Yelp and they explained how these were not trustworthy reviews and that their system takes random reviews and creates our rating. Funny, there were two or three low reviews, they were all used, and /15-20 high reviews but only a few of those were used. Here the best part. Soon after I contacted them, i started getting calls from Yelp sales people wanting me to buy ads. I explained my issue with their rating system and they told me that if I bought ads, those negative reviews could be eliminated and more of the positive reviews used so that our overall rating would be better. It’s a scam and no one will ever change my mind on this. Just like Yahoo used to be. Yahoo advertised as this all knowing search engine, yet you had to pay to be on it, so it wasn’t search the web, it was searching its database. It’s just not honest. Yelp selects the reviews they use in the rating and if you pay them, they improve your rating. That too is just not honest. It’s a joke.
My husband and I have been customers for many years. Work has been good and accomplished somewhat around the promised date a little expensive. This year our leaves are buried under the snow. We have a very big yard and my husband is sight impaired and I could not lift a leaf blower big enough to accomplish the job. sweet promised over and over again they were coming to do the yard. We left for thanksgiving with firm commitment of the job being done. It was not. Then two feet of snow. Called to complain Monday. The office worker said she would turn the complaint over to management. They could not to be bothered to reply. We were also significantly overcharged for spreading small rocks in our driveway. They took 3 weeks to show up to give a quote. We were quoted 625$. I looked at the gentlemen and told him that was crazy. We settled on 425$. We did not have enough rocks to complete our driveway. We realize a small bucket machine was involved. The person who did the job was outstanding. And spread the rocks so well thAt they covered most of the driveway Still the job was only about 45 minutes. We feel we are just small potatoes and treating us so disrespectfully is the way management does business.
HAD TO CALL 5X TO GET THEM TO DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY’D DO. The majority of my dealings have been negative, with a few exceptionally bright spots, in an overall sea of incompetency. I am a very nice person and I don’t yell or cuss at anyone. But I do stand up for myself and my family. Another example of a huge company that has lost control of itself. No need to waste time telling the stories. They almost all have the same elements. Call, wait, explain, wait, call center is either off shore unintelligible gibberish or snotty little brats who all they want to do is argue. See that what they said would happen has not, wash, rinse, repeat. What they promise will happen has largely not happened, in my experience with them. The only thing I can count on is my bill to keep going up. I guess its about 2 out of 6 is the average number of competent associates, but, nice as they are, are still bogged down by the same corporate disfunction that makes me want to give them a ONE STAR review and will likely drive me to a more deserving and easier to deal with competitor. Nice going guys, way to treat a 20+ year loyal customer with FIVE LINES. The idiot execs that make all the stupid policies, go take a long walk off a short pier.
I can honestly say I have never done a bad review on any company . I had signed up for a 3 month ADVANCE payment In other words , my bill was due for FUTURE storage, yet when the advancement was charged for the next three months , my credit card had expired. Therefore , the payment did not go thru . I was notified about the card , and did not want to leave a new credit card number , but left several messages for them to call me back to give the new number. When I finally did make contact , I was charged not only a late fee which I DO understand that , but also a “ lien fee “ even though my 3 months period had not even occurred yet . I would advise future customers to make sure they pay monthly , or you will be charged for future months that haven’t even happened yet . I would also suggest that Eagleville storage have professional courtesy, and check your clients notes and information and do not place liens in advance when the timeframe has not even passed . Perhaps , you need to not do advanced payments .
