User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
La app hace su trabajo. Te permite abrir la cerradura de forma remota y crear usuarios de forma fácil. Lo que falta son mejores reportes. Por ejemplo si alguien abre la cerradura utilizando huella digital el reporte solo indica que se abrió con huella pero no indica que número de usuario la abrió. Otro problema es que las notificaciones son muy tediosas y terminas con más de 100 notificaciones en un día. Cada que se abre o se cierra la cerradura llega una notificación y no permite personalización. Solo me gustaría recibir notificaciones cuando ciertos usuarios abren la cerradura pero no cuando se abre por dentro o se auto cierra.
last update has lot of bugs
Estimados, desde el último update al app ya no recibo notificaciones push aún que tenga la opción activada. Esto es un bug de la última versión!
