This app is great for booking classes and keeping track of your bookings. It is also good for planning workouts and adding exercises to your routine. I like the chat feature where you can communicate with other members but I don't like that it adds posts to the chat feed saying I've been and done multiple activities on days when I have not been and I don't like that it won't let me delete or hide the false information. Had a notification on my feed to say my friend had done a multiple activities and burned 600 calories messaged her to see how she was finding the gym she has not even been yet. Hope you amend it so things can be deleted and hope you can stop these random posts that we are doing stuff we are not.

Excellent selection of fitness equipment & weights for resistance training. Spread over two floors there is something for everyone including a female only section, studios, small sprint tracks and even a boxing ring. Personally I use the weights and have recently attended one of the many classes that are included free of charge in your membership. There is no pool or spa facilities but this is reflected in the price. It can get very busy at times and I would recommend avoiding the typical peak times. Clean, modern equipment, something for everyone & lots of free parking. On a final note I like the app it helps me keep track of my goals and book classes online. If your looking for fantastic value then look no more.

I use to go to gym called The Gym in Newport, this gym came highly recommend by Tanya Demarco! I came along with her and she showed me the gym on a day pass! I will say I am most impressed with the Gym the gym is clean and tidy , the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to assist, nothing is too much trouble, the only thing I do miss at my old gym we had free WiFi which was great as I use Apple Music and Netflix when doing a long cardio, I will recommend this gym to all my family and friends x

I sign up to the gym before I went on hoilday and at time of signing up I could not access the site as it said login details incorrect the guy at gym said takes 24hours to set up I went on hoilday came back still unable to access it been to gym when I can back of hoilday and told them 3 days later still waiting to here from them all details are correct they even checked on there computer but it still says my email is invalid and not register I am now losing out on booking classes as I don’t know what’s available I hope the get resolved sooner than later as I am paying for something and only getting half in return as unable to book classes on line

I was one of the first few people to sign up to this gym was told that they had Les Mills classes with qualified personal trainers, first 6 months were brilliant was loving they gym and classes then after that gone very downhill, they’ve had loads of PTs leave!!!! PTs constantly late for classes and their excuse is they didn’t even know they were doing the class!!!!! Or they stop a class half way through as they didn’t realise how long the class actually was !!!!!! Very very unprofessional can never get hold of the manager Adam , apparently he’s always at another gym when u ask to speak to him. Basically he’s not bothered once he’s got ya money!!!!!!!!!
