This app is awful. It has about 20 pre programmed exercises. Everything else you have to write in yourself. There is not option to add weight to an exercise. The completed workouts don't save and it doesn't sync information to the health app the way it should. You would think that if you are charging money for an app that it would have some functionality. This was a total rip off.
