When I enter the SS ID and the password I get a message that it successfully connected but will disconnect. It says wait one minute and reconnect but nothing ever happens. It just takes me around in circles. I admit that I am low tech but this is certainly not straightforward or intuitive. Very disappointed just like the other reviewer. Mark in Texas
Hello developer, I love your product but it won’t connect to the app! It connects to the phone but when I turn on the app I get a, “not connected” message. Please help and I will give 5 stars. Please!
No developer responses here so that’s a big red flag. No way to get in touch for their 1 year warranty so it’s been a waste of money not to mention the product has increased in price by nearly 30%.
The camera works great but I am not able to view any photos or videos I save. I have emailed the seller asking how to retrieve the photos and they gave poor instructions unrelated to the issue.
