User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
The latest update brings the ability to see your points without having to login on a separate screen, which is great. There’s also a cool section to see the nutritional breakdown of the food, but it’s a PDF with multiple pages. I’d love it if there were a calculator in that section of the app, where you can build your sandwich and the app gives you the nutritional breakdown. For someone who tracks their macros on MyFitnessPal, this PDF doesn’t give me the information I need to plug in my food to MFP (like what “double meat” will add to my protein and fat or what whole wheat bread will add to my carbs and fiber; there’s no nutrition breakdown for double meat and the sandwich breakdowns are for white bread in the PDF). Until they come out with this feature (which other major chains like Pita Pit and Pizza Hut have already implemented), this app will remain at 4 stars for me.
I was perturbed when the local WhichWich - which I frequent regularly - told me that instead of giving my phone number, I now had to download the app AND scan my receipts to earn rewards points. But I got over that. Except - when I tried to scan the receipt, I received an error that stated I was not "within range" of a WhichWich location, and my efforts to manually enter the barcode (the alternative option) also failed with the same error - not to mention that the app would only permit me to enter about half the number of digits actually listed below the barcode. I was further surprised when I was sitting in the WhichWich, and still got the error stating that my receipt could not be submitted because I was not within range of a store location. Three emails - over two weeks - to customer support (ironically identified as "LoyaltyHelp") have yet to yield a response. Yeah, it's a choice to participate in the rewards program, but it's also a choice to be a customer of WhichWich...which I soon may stop being.
This app is such trash. About 50% of the time it tells me I am “not in range of a which wich location” while I am literally sitting IN the shop 8 feet away from the register that printed the receipt. Last time I tried to contact their support, they got back to me and offered to enter it into the system for me if I provided the receipt.... which sounds reasonable, except it took them almost 4 months after I submitted the issue for them to send the first reply, and then they acted surprised that I didn’t save a $9 sandwich receipt from 4 months prior.... haha, what normal person would do that? It’s honestly an insane expectation on their part. This whole thing is laughably stupid.... where does it think I am that it tells me I’m “not in range of the store” while literally sitting IN the store?
I placed an online order only to get to the restaurant and find that the employee gave my order to someone else!!! Needless to say I asked for my food to be fixed again and a full refund! The manager advised that I could only either get my order prepared again or get my refund. I feel that I should have received both!!! Needless to say I thought the purpose of ordering online is so I could just walk in and pick up my prepared order. I had to settle for a refund with no food because I was not about to wait for them to prepare my food again! I will not be going back to this location again! I should get a free meal for a month for the hassles I had to deal with!!! Very disappointed with this and also felt like they were blaming me for their mistake!
My husband & I were enjoying your sandwiches at least once a week & were Vibe Club Rewards members. Then you decided to change your system & forced us to re register, which is impossible without a smart phone, which we do not have. None of your employees have been helpful or encouraging when I have asked how I am suppose to re register & migrate my account. I have tried repeatedly to do this on my iPad without any success! I have my Vibe number, you have my information & phone number, yet your system doesn’t automatically transfer my account - points? I am glad your sandwich makers are better than your computer guys! What a shame you have done this to your long time customers! I miss your sandwiches!!!
