I like that the app has a BMI. You enter your weight, and any other info such as mood, inches, or exercise for the day and it charts it for you
When you track your weight with the custom panel.... it shows your current weight....but not your starting weight... so it doesn’t give you the total pounds lost from the beginning of the diet... it seems it only goes by what you weighed in the month before and shows you that weight loss since the prior month ...should show total weight loss since starting diet.
It will be amazing if I can see all my progress from day one. Not 1 week or 1 month and also save this option for all time so I cannot have to change it so I can see the full time chart.
Easy to use app. I love that it also helps you track BMI. There’s even a Notes section where I typically enter my physical activity for the day.
