This app had been working fine still today so I got a new debt card . And I wanted added so I put the card # and continue to personal information . I CANT WRITE MY INFORMATION cause there’s nothing but the top letters . Maybe it’s a bug . Please look into this ASAP .
This app saved me from potential major damage. My card number was stolen, most likely from a skimmer. Got a notification of an illegal charge in another state. Luckily the charge was small. I was able to immediately deactivate the card. Three more charge attempts were made on the card. All were denied! Haha, KMA scammers! I’ve noticed now the notifications of transactions are instantaneous in most cases. Before it took about a minute or two. One feature I would like to see is the ability to add my unsecured Visa card.
I love the control this app gives you over your debit card. I wish more financial institutions had this. It not only helps limit fraud but it has also stopped a few outrageous pre-authorizations. I wish the app wasn’t separate from the main banking app, but it’s not a huge issue. Overall the app works well and I have no complaints. I just wish I would have used it earlier.
I went to IHOP recently and my card kept declining because of this stupid app. There are so many bugs with this. It locks your card and then when you switch the settings nothing changes. It’s useless unless you’re just turning it off and on. That’s it! Please fix this!!
It is a complete hassle to have to open the mobile banking app just to control your card! The card control app lets you set up Face ID but will only allow it for 1 sign in attempt and it automatically turns off Face ID to login. This makes you open the mobile banking app in order to login to the card control app. Please fix ASAP!
