User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Going by the app description, this should be a great and useful app for an sme. Unfortunately the app is basically a marking outreach for uob’s partner merchants (offering sales specials). The killer feature is BIB plus functionality, which is simple a redirection to a web browser- meaning the “killer feature” is nothing more than a link to a url. Unless you love having hundreds of apps clogging your phone screen (or folders), you’re missing *absolutely nothing* by skipping this poster child for when an app developer makes a smooth pitch to a client (UOB) who didn’t really isn’t thinking thru the raison d’ete of creating an app.
