User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
After the upgrade at the login attempt it claims the number is not recognized but works at second attempt. While the app runs in background if you want to re-login it gives feed back “Not Logged in”
Of all the commercial apps that I use, UBA’s the worst. If I could give a rating lower than the one star, you will have it. The only reason I continue to use the app is because this is where my salary comes, otherwise I will have been long gone, and it’s gona happen soon. Just to mention one key issue - your face recognition ID doesn’t work, I have given this feedback several times and many months now, yet it has not been fixed; there are so many other things. Please go and look at GTB Mobile app and see what it can do; don’t be too proud to learn.
The user interface is very much outdated. Not optimised to take advantage of my screen size. It’s still cropped with black bars. The touch response is weak. It takes a while to process information, it’s not intuitive. Also the optimisation to take advantage of the amount of pixels in the newer iPhones is really low. This app is filled with one too many clicks for no reason. I wonder why it’s not optimised for iOS 13 look and feel. If you weren’t planning on updating this, please do. Because it’s just UGLY
I have been using it for quite sometime now, I lost my card which I used In registering the app. I got another card and it was working though and it stopped. I can’t login anymore. Keeps saying wait and then contact CFC. I contacts and nothing is done. Please help!!!!!!
App is annoying of all the banks I use UBA mobile banking is the most annoying. The app always develops problem. Even the transaction history is not always updated in time. You’ll have problems of recharging your number multiple times and the app would tell you not successful mean while you’ve bought the airtime about 4/5 times. So annoying
