Just trying to sign into the app takes way too much effort. I don’t know who designed this app but they need to stop designing apps. This app tarnish is the brand Train. No app is better than a terrible one like this. Take some of those marketing dollars and rebuild this app into something modern and useful.
I purchased a Trane mini split unit that claimed it could be operated by iPhone remotely. This app is junk. You can’t register or control the unit through it. The customer support is worse than the app; if that is even possible.

Cannot sign up, as others have said. So I don’t even know if it would have been useful. I currently control my ac with the Nexia app, which works, but I was looking for more functionality.
Can’t even register. Keep telling me to correct but it doesn’t show or help how to correct the problem with registration for account.
