I’m only halfway through, but couldn’t wait to say something about it. This was a nice surprise that I found a couple of days ago. I’ve bought and played over 30 or so Infocom originals, including, as it appears, a couple by this very author. I had been more familiar with Dave Lebling, Mark Blank, Steve Meretsky, and Brian Moriarty. This particular work reminds me of everything great that those gentlemen accomplished, plus it surpasses their efforts by using techniques that have been further refined in this genre since Infocom shut down. I hope that it does not disappear, since I believe it still has a lot to offer. Possibly an educational angle may keep it going? Thank you for making this one.
